Synopsis:
Three sailors, on a 24-hour shore leave at the end of World War II, take New York by storm as they search for "Miss Turnstiles," a poster girl on a subway display card. They discover instead the sights of New York City and three nice young women. Includes "New York, New York (It's a Wonderful Town)" "Come Up to My Place" and "Lonely Town." Based on a concept by Jerome Robbins.

３人の水兵さんが２４時間の休暇をもらってニューヨークに遊びに出るという物語です。
緞帳には米国国旗、開幕前には米国国家斉唱、全員起立です。
オープニングはニューヨークニューヨーク、これでもうなんだか血が猛りますねw
ダンスと歌で楽しませて後になにも残らない娯楽大作、どこかの娯楽作家が書いたような。。
バッテリーパーク、自然史博物館、カーネギーホール、タクシーwとニューヨーク名所をめぐっ
て２４時間の前半で恋人をつくっちゃいます。太っちょタクシードライバーの彼女の迫力
たるやすさまじい。恐竜の骨が動いたのにもびっくり。
2幕は皆でデート。まあ24時間でいろいろあって船に帰っていくという、まるで男の夢の
ような物語。この作品も頭を空っぽにしてダンスと歌を楽しめる作品でした。
